Bistro Regent - Caen

1ere fois que nous mangeons dans ce restaurant lors de notre passage à Caen. Très belle découverte. Bon rapport qualité prix. Frites et salade à volonté. Personnel disponible, serviable, accueillant, souriant et qui donne de bons conseils. A l occasion nous reviendrons. Nous recommandons.

Nous y sommes allés pour le dîner et avons commandé deux portions de saumon. D'abord, ils ont mis les assiettes, sur un support avec une bougie afin de les réchauffer, et quand ils ont apporté le plat de saumon, il a pris la place des plats. Une très bonne idée, pour garder les aliments au chaud en tout temps. Le saumon était bon en saveur et en quantité et était accompagné de frites. Pour le dessert nous avons commandé un tiramisu, ce qui nous a très agréablement surpris. Si vous l'aimez, commandez-le sans aucun doute, car c'est l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons essayé ces derniers temps. Le service était très correct et assez attentionné. Les prix sont plus que raisonnables.

great location next to the channel in caen. this place is only simple eating very well done. very cheap is a part of the white €14 per bottle. 8 of us had a fantastic meal, 5 bottles of wine for less than 200 €. the personal. was so friendly and helpful, we went two nights of the three we stayed in caen. well done.

a good restaurant with excellent meat and great desserts, the gourmet café was our favorite. we liked it and came back the next day.

a wonderful, stylish setting for a beautiful dinner. menu with great options, not so much for vegetarians/vegans. all the options came with salat and fries for the table. eating was not as good as expected, and there was a huge mix of those steaks. that were disappointed and the bark was frustrating and disappointing. overall they handle the large group (about 14) very well.

Generally, I wouldn't look for a restaurant with a television, but to this occasion england played a world cup game so we booked here. the menu is very small, but the dishes, while simple are very well cooked with a dish to touch everyone. enjoyed eating and the hospitality, but would be a little more choice this would be a brilliant place to visit.

Great atmosphere and excelent food. The desserts are just wonderlfull. I hilly recommend this place.

We went there for dinner, and ordered two servings of salmon. First, they put the plates, on a stand with a candle in order to warm them, and when they brought the salmon platter, it took the place of the dishes. A very good idea,...to keep food warm at all times. Salmon was good in flavor and quantity, and came with French fries. For dessert we ordered a tiramisu, which surprised us very pleasantly. If you like it, order it with no doubt, as it is one of the best we have tried lately. The service was very correct and quite attentive. Prices are more than reasonable.
