Service was absolutely woeful. Despite arriving early we were seated 15 minutes late. Even though there were 8 of us the waiter didn't think to use a note pad or the like to write down our orders which inevitably led to the wrong starters arriving at our table, only after having waited an hour and a half for them! We had to request our table be cleared for the main, which didn't come after two hours of ordering. We paid for what we had eaten/drank, gave notice and decided to leave to get dinner from somewhere else. When a delightful lady, who I believe to be the owner, noticed us leaving she demanded to know why and blamed the poor service on an apparent language barrier, despite her speaking very good English and a few of us being able to maintain conversation in French. She swore at us and said we were not 'correct for leaving'. The idea of customer service had clearly eluded her. We told her where the money was left and i can honestly say I'm glad they didn't receive any more of my money! Complete nightmare and very rude. Will happily visit the town of Valmenier again, just never that place! Look elsewhere for fondue.
Restaurant soigné et bien rangé Personnel extrêmement attentif parlant un anglais excellent Nos enfants ont mangé des pizzas et les ont mangées complètement et avec plaisir.
Lors de notre 6ème jour à Tignes, nous nous sommes réveillés avec un blizzard, donc la plupart des remontées mécaniques et des pistes étaient fermées. N'ayant rien d'autre à faire, nous avons décidé de manger.
