Le Festival Cafe - Vaison-la-Romaine

Pas grand chose d'ouvert pour le dîner lundi et nous avons juste tenté notre chance. Jeune serveuse charmante et serviable. Deux d'entre nous avaient la table, un à la carte. La soupe de poisson était délicieuse tout comme les desserts. Le plat est bon même si le plat de poisson avait des os de façon inattendue. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde à cette période de l'année et le service est meilleur que ce que d'autres ont rapporté. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience très positive.

Un lundi de fin septembre, nous avons marché une heure dans la zone piétonne/commerces quasiment seuls à 19 heures. Rien n'était ouvert et il commençait à faire nuit. Affamés et fatigués, nous avons arrêté un couple britannique qui nous a recommandé le Festival. Heureusement, nous sommes entrés car il y avait beaucoup de clients. Mon mari a commandé un hamburger et un milk-shake et c'était son repas préféré du voyage de deux semaines ! J'ai eu les côtelettes d'agneau qui étaient bien. Les prix étaient raisonnables, le service était bon, le menu offrait beaucoup de choix (en anglais). Le restaurant se trouve sur la place et offre pendant la journée une belle vue sur le monde qui passe. J'y retournerais certainement.

I'm generally mild in my judgment, but this restaurant is a disgrace to the French kitchen and the French hospitality. Uninterested service looking at the next table when the sign's set. It's expensive in relationship to the price. 15 euros for a natural omelet and a few fries/ just too long in the pan; A standard hamburger that actually cartilages and bruschettas that are really better all over the place. The view of the neighbors of annexe cafe was frustrating: That's where food came by, ruled the rest of a service that's in control. I'm gonna go back to trip adviser before I eat anywhere. Don't do this!

well located place Montfort between the tourist office and the Roman bridge. shaded covered terrace with noisy. correct service and satisfactory meal.

Quick service see on purpose what is not to please. The dish of the day was very correct. a ce sujet rien à redire. We were welcomed by a charming server recently arrived, a little speed. We smell the war machine. the rest of the servers seem to float and a little lost. there is a constant presence that has generated us that is the one of the bosses who although she does not greet you made note of presence by pressing on her staff at any time to maximize the space on the terrace.

We had a good lunch, simple but well prepared, nothing to say. I found the addition a little high: 24 euros per person for dish, dessert and soda, a little too expensive for this range of dishes. But it remains a good meal: between 3 and 4 of 5, I put 4 for the sympathy of the server.

We were lucky not to taste the dishes of this restaurant after reading the reviews! a waiter sets us up and there "the boss" comes to tell us that the strollers are forbidden on the terrace! She didn't even tell us hello or kindly ask us to fold it!We left a little further and the meal was excellent. Thank you, ma'am.
