Service très agréable, rapide et surtout très bon. L'endroit lui-même est vraiment agréable avec des décors drôles et une citation vintage supérieure. Je l'ai découvert par hasard, je suis content.
Nous y sommes allés hier soir c'était une super découverte pour nous car nous ne sommes pas du coin. Et quelle bonne surprise ! Restaurant situé dans une petite ruelle avec une petite terrasse au calme. Tout est fait maison dans une ambiance conviviale avec des prix abordables (47€ pour deux pour un entrée plat dessert et apéritif). Nous avions un chien avec nous, la dame lui a apporté une gamelle sans que nous ayons à en faire la demande. Pour nous c'est un vrai coup de coeur et nous aurons plaisir à y revenir quand nous serons de passage merci à vous pour ce moment
J'ai découvert le restaurant Le May sur TripAdvisor alors que je planifiais nos vacances, ce qui est une bonne chose car je n'aurais jamais eu la chance de tomber sur ce trou isolé dans un mur. Merci! J'ai fait une réservation à midi, après l'avoir recherchée. A 20 heures, alors que la majeure partie du restaurant venait de s'asseoir, un jeune homme annonça le menu du soir. Après cela, il nous a apporté le tableau avec le menu et nous a expliqué en anglais ce qu'était chaque élément. Nous avons dégusté nos premiers foie gras et autres morceaux de canard de ce voyage notre première visite en France depuis covid. Toute la soirée, vin compris et se terminant par le dessert, était merveilleuse.

accessible on foot or by bike, with terrace on pedestrian street, the may is a must-see of toulouse. service is sometimes a little shipped, but I love to be sent back to my 15 m by a waitress who masters his room;-) if you want to be brushed in the sense of the hair, pass your way. It's not common to have servers-ses not helpful, surprising the first time, but refreshing. You have to book, especially for the evening. at noon, the service is fast, with a good rotation. On the menu side, everything stands: very correct for the very moderate price of a restaurant in the city center. prefer off-season periods (= out of summer) for a better reception and less stress of waiters.
good value price for this restaurant located in the heart of toulouse we went to 19h20 and were able to book for 19h30 instead of the behavior of the waiters or worse bosses is unbearable from going back incessant between the outside and the room finally behind the bar to smoke and drink beers .... the service remains approximate with errors and inversions of dishes
We went to eat and for 9€ an incoming, and the dish more than leftover. and for 11€ the menu also had the dessert. ImPORTANT to book because it's always full. they gave us a very good deal of even two kisses by saying goodbye. they accept ticket restaurant and even gave us money from one of the ticket that left us some of the account. Never seen before. One of the waitress explained the menu in Spanish and all the time I speak in Spanish.
I knew this restaurant was recommended by the tourist office so I wanted to go there and I very much regret it! the service was really mediocre, the waitress speaks too familiar and nonchalizing and in addition is mistaken in the dishes. who in the passage are not famous. only advantage the price! moreover, there are too many tables on this tiny terrace which leaves little intimacy. It's a canteen restaurant!
