Lou Figuier - Six-Fours-les-Plages

My husband and I traveled the Riviera for our honeymoon, went to 10 different cities/towns, and our two meals at Lou Figuier were among the best and most memorable. we loved our meal so much the first time we had to go back for a second! Robert runs the house with a warm and welcoming enthusiasm and his son Thomas is an exceptional chef making every meal 100% from scratch (and painting every plate with beautiful flourishes.) The in-house fois gras is the best we've ever had, and the swordfish and lamb shank are worth writing home about. We come from New York City with high foodie expectations, and this restaurant gets two thumbs way up from both of us!

Staying in Six-Four during low season and hardly to find any decent restaurant around.We Discover the restaurant through trip advisor, it is a real gems and worth to visit. The restaurant run by husband and wife, you can feel it is absolute service from their heart. Greeted by the owner himself and he goes extra miles to explain the menu to us in English. This is the 4th restaurant we visited around the area

Hidden away, this is a small family style restaurant where the staff are friendly, the food interesting, superbly cooked and well presented. This is France so you have high expectations on the culinery front, but this place lives up to the local reputation.

I've had quite some experience in my life with the Food and Service industry and I must say, I've never had such a perfect service in my entire life. This little family restaurant is in a small side street of the harbor, not hard to find. We went there by accident trying to find something not so touristic, something original with typical food. The food is simply the best, the wine is delicious especially the one we got recommend by the son of the house and like I said the service is absolutely outstanding. This is because its so friendly, so simple and nice that its impossible to not feel welcome right away. We are staying in Six four les plages for 7 days and went there allready 4 times and will be there again and sadly the last time on Tuesday. Allready on the second time we had a little handwritten note on our table laying when we came, with the translation of the new menus in german, since we are german, to explain to us.Whenever you are in this area and you care for very good food and a family like dinner, this is the best you will find in my opinion!

Amazing, it was so fun to o there 15 years ago, and they are still around, with authentic homemade meals.Maybe a bit more expensive, but more original than any other place in Le Brusc.It is really worth a try, for lunch or diner, as a couple or a bunch of friends.

The Lou Figuier lies around the corner from the harbour promenade. The restaurant was desolated when we came, and as we left. The set menu was ok for the price, and showed some creative thinking. The starter salads were good and the main dish of...duck was tasty, but unfortunately one breast piece was a bit raw, really red. Service was, as one could expect friendly and attentive.

After a really good meal here a few years ago, I have struggled to find it open when I have been here subsequently . Not so this time, so another visit and food was excellent. Quite a small menu but interesting variations I went...for the Thai style soup and Thai style chicken. Highly recommended.
