to read the last reviews, this restaurant is bad: cold reception, infamous food, so we who tested from the first week of opening and followed the different owners I will give you my opinion. all the more so because we're a fan of Japanese/Chinese buffets at will and we've done many! Here are my impressions: the very first proprios had put the bar very high! top quality freshness and choice widely above the requested price. then it lost its quality. But not at all that some would let you believe! quality is in relation to the price. food is of good value for money. - Sushi is fresh and good. -the sashimis are on order (only in the evening) of beautiful large pieces ... and they are good!- the choice of skewers is restricted but those with chicken are really good. - the steam ravioli are with shrimp and not a stuffing with the small remnants of mixed shrimp (including legs, shell, tail, ...). - The samoussas are good. Nothing to say. - their caramel pork is caramelized, and sweet (sauce type "soft sour.") perso I love a lot. My husband doesn't like it. all tastes are in nature! quid desserts?- pieces of ripe melons and watermelon. (it's not always the case in the restaurants of this type!)- good mini pastries (sheets, flashes, ...) brownies, a little less. - many perfumes and good quality ice creams (sometimes I met them that had a taste of cardboard) - coconut beads are of good quality. (we have to heat them in the microwave 30sec.) - hard and soft nozzles, and ginger confit are of good quality. the only flats on the quality: - the vinegar ginger was a little dried (but seen the particle ....it's not necessarily their fault)- the wasabi was a little weak in taste. balance: if you are looking for top-of-the-range .... go to another restaurant and pay your menu 50€. for this price and menu at will I find the good quality. the reception is good and they were attentive to their customers (a small technical problem he told us about by arguing himself several times for the inconvenience.) I would return!
