great food, traditional, well presented, made perfect. not the avant-garde dishes, more on the classic side, but perfectly executed. very enjoyed steak tartar, sweet bread were also excellent. the wine list is not too long, but there are many good precious stones to choose from both champagne and burgundy with some smaller natural or biodynamic producers. the place is small, but very cute, a neighborhood motto. the staff is very polite and attentive. one of the highlights of the Reims journey.

Wow. The Google score doesn’t do this place justice. The dishes are inventive, relevant to the region, execution is flawless, service is quick and very good, and even desserts are true patisserie. Even wine list is perfect with good finds. And prices are very reasonable. Thank you for a great night.

I go lost in the depth of the French language and I thought the name meant To the a* of the chicken . I understand it to mean The bottom of a bowl but, apparently, not an ordinary one. This is the place where I had my first steak tartare and they do it so well. Anyone who has no idea what steak tartare is, would just think that the meat has been somewhat prepared, maybe even smoked. The food was great, and the service quite quick. No halal.
