this is a place for ambiance, something different and a smile in their face that make you happy, it is an experience, not culinary but of life, the food is good, but the point is in talking to the owner, worth the visit, ne pas manquer.

Friendly staff. Lovely food. Get there early, the restaurant is understaffed during the busy season. But as we noticed during our stay. one day a restaurant is full next day it is fairly empty! Food lovely and accommodating staff

On entering the restaurant you feel like you've walked into a Brocante as there are all kinds of memorabilia hanging from the walls and ceiling and giant dolls in high chairs. You are greeted by the owners wife who is charming and although busy finds time to help with a menu that needs navigating carefully, it's hand written and some words are difficult to decipher, if your French is a little weak you could struggle. As it was Valentines day the ladies were presented with a red rose courtesy of the management and we were given a complimentary apperoteafs. Be careful when ordering as the portions are huge. I've a large appetite but couldn't finish the starter or main course, they were well presented and perfectly cooked. I would reccomend a visit as the restaurant is most unusual.

If you don't like cheese and potatoes and lots of them and coming here is probably a mistake given that that is the local specialty and they are good at it. Pleasant staff, good wine and fun surroundings with a bill that doesn't hurt.

Our 9-year-old loved the raclette, the charcuterie was very good too. We are stuffed and happy after our lunch there (complimentary drinks helped!). Good value for money and warm welcome.

If you are in the area this is a real treat. A bonkers interior with traditional French music which the owners sing along to. The food, and wine, are very good for the price.

Good food, friendly staff and a 2 course lunch for €12. The quirky decor was a change from the usual! Don't be put off by the unpromising exterior.
