L'hôtel se situe sur les hauteurs de gordes, le site est superbe et jouie d'une super vue sur le Luberon. Le restaurant est convivial et très professionnel. Cuisine ouverte. Jeune chef dynamique.Autant être honnête on y mange bien. Pour un menu unique à 65 euro, il faut au moins ça. La cuisine est légère et inventive, le service (deux personnes en salle, je suis désolé je n'est pas retenue les noms) est adorable et de qualité. Les saveurs sont au rendez-vous de l'entrée au dessert.D'un point de vue générale l'hôtel et le restaurant sont tout jeune (ouverture juin 2016). La base est bien faite, il reste encore quelques points à améliorer ( carte de vin très brève, menu unique...). Demi pension avec repas raffiné , très belle présentation , choix de 3 plats donc carte parfaite produits frais cuisine ouverte un beau jeune Chef agréable à l écoute et qui vient dire bonjour aux clients en toute décontraction !! Sympathique

Very good kitchen! The picture is fully correct: The calendar with panoramic views of the lubricron, the very kind and yet discreet recreation, the quality of the perfect dishes, the colors, the provencalicious touch... This restaurant is fast on its way to the top!
the hotel is located on the heights of gordes, the site is superb and enjoys a great view of the lubricant. the restaurant is friendly and very professional. Open kitchen. Young dynamic leader. I mean, being honest, we eat well. For a unique menu at 65 euro, you need at least that. the kitchen is light and inventive, the service (two people in the room, I'm sorry I'm not holding the names) is adorable and of quality. The flavors are at the rendezvous of the entrance to the dessert. From a general point of view the hotel and the restaurant are young (open June 2016). the base is well made, there are still some points to improve (very short wine card, unique menu).
