Dinner was ok but way overpriced for a burger and some fries. Staff was not understanding. We tried to communicate in our best French and English. Since I am pregnant I had some diet restrictions. I seriously don't understand that young people in the tourist industry don't speak english...

Typiquement le genre d'endroit qui attire les foules, non pas parce qu'on y mange très bien, mais plutôt parce que c'est une bonne adresse pour passer une soirée en vacances. Cela dit, la nourriture était correcte et le service aussi. Nous avons eu quelques petits problèmes mais notre serveur a été très gentil en corrigeant cela et nous a offert un verre en guise de compensation.

Alors que la plupart des grands restaurants de Gérardmer étaient complets avant même de penser à dîner, M bistrot cherchait une place pour les clients qui faisaient la queue devant la porte. Le personnel est très gentil et la nourriture est incroyable. Même les clients les plus exigeants trouveraient quelque chose de bon à manger. Nous avons testé la tarte flambée gratinée, les burgers et la fondue savoyarde et ils étaient très sympas. De plus, le vin était très bon. Je recommande vivement M bistrot.

We happened on this restaurant when wandering around and ending up in the square, and we weren't disappointed. The food is really good. I had the tartifouette, and it was delicious. As far as I understood, it's a traditional dish very much like choucroute. The...children also loved their burgers and the salads are rich and full of goodness. Definitely worth your visit.

The accomodation and food was very nice! The Place was very nice decorated! We had a cheesy fondue with some meat and bread with a good but a bit dry red wine! We had a very good experience at this place!

We came here for a late lunch and were welcomed by the staff with a smile. The waiter assigned to us was not that smiley but she had the job done. The food was very good and the settings interesting
