We booked a table for 4 in advance for my wife`s birthday on 18th March 2017.On arrival we were made to wait for a table while diners arriving later without a reservation were seated immediately.Of the four main courses ordered two were duck

Not a great experience - we cannot recommend this restaurant.We arrived to celebrate a special birthday - having booked a table for 4 we were asked to wait while our table was prepared. Not a problem with that except 4 people came in after us who hadn't booked and were taken straight to a table.Starters arrived, staff noticed 2 of us were sharing a salad and presented a 2nd plate straight away.One guest had charcuterie, very enjoyable.2 main courses of duck arrived. We had to start eating them as they were getting cold and had to chase up the other 2 meals.Having asked for no meat with the berthold for a vegetarian it came with full charcuterie.One of the duck dishes was inedible, the other was mediocre.At that point we decided we had had enough and didn't bother with dessert or coffee.We had to chase 2 waiters/waitresses to take payment - and we refused to pay for the inedible duck meal.we wont be returning and cannot recommend the place to guests who stay in our apartment.Hugely disappointing.

We finished our stay by eating in this restaurant. By chance. It was a very good surprise. service pleasant and quick view of the dishes to arrive. the decor is really nice, the most, a relaxation area with screen, which allows children to go entertain themselves.

Beautiful restaurant, the decor is magical one would believe in a chalet. bears and bears everywhere...decoration with a lot of taste... then meet with waitresses... just perfect. and despite a busy Friday night, always a time to chat with us! food. Good thing to say. a small lack of cheese for the raclette but there was a possibility to ask for an added cheese. I can only recommend this very pretty restaurant or savoyard dishes are very well represented!

I came with a friend on Monday, February 13 for dinner, it was a real pleasure! aperitif house very good while being raffled and unaltering. In the goat's cheese in crust, in a reblochonnade dish and a raspberry apple crumble dessert. the pleasure of eating a good savoyard dish. Big more for dessert that was a fruit crumble, one of my favorite dessert and in addition it is served hot, which is not the case in many restaurants. A real pleasure to have come! See you next time.

A combination of bad service and unfortunately also bad food. Maigret de Canard which requires good jaws and also the beef filet far from tender. Salty and fluffy french fries for 7 EUR without even telling you! Dishes don't arrive at the same time.....When confronting the staff to these habits, they at least took the fries of the bill but not open at all to any feedback- A clear signal that this kind of gastronomy is outdated and far from reality and the staff owner's are not customer orientated at all- a clear no go

First of all, this restaurant had everything to please. a warm decoration and taste of local culture. Kind servers. until we get back a problem. First of all, no plates brought. We had to ask them. We were hungry and left, disappointed with hunger. - the golden mountain displayed to "400 grams of cheese" is actually cut to milk and without crust.- the berthoud: reduced portions when we notice this to the servers, we are royally ignored, two servers having succeeded to our table, the first being left in pause following our first remarks. in short a certain lack of professionalism, especially with regard to the so-called culinary and tariff level displayed by the restaurant.
