Le Little Bio is a nice little restaurant tucked in the "village piéton" of Chamonix, a stone throw away from the Aiguille du Midi cable-car station. Not sure if they only do take-away during winter, for the place is about as big as my own kitchen. But now that summer is upon us, they have an outside terrace that can sit about 25 to 30 people. As the name implies, everything on the menu is fresh and organic. Which means that shakes and other beverages can be a bit more expensive than usual. But everything is freshly prepared and the food is delicious. Portions are also more generous than I expected, which means that this little restaurant offers very good value on the whole.Service is attentive and friendly, even during busy periods. They specialize in burgers, crêpes, salads, and more. Smoothies, organic beer, lemonades, juices, and wine are available.Definitely a lesser-known establishment to check out during your stay in Chamonix!
