Très belle soirée. Nous avons tout aimé : le cadre cosy, les plats et les amuse bouches, ainsi que le service sympathique. Belle proposition d'accords mets et vins, et nous remercions l'apprentie sommelière pour la découverte du Passito au dessert ! Nous recommanderons votre table et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

long ago I wanted to test this star table, my wife's birthday was a great opportunity but perhaps the period was badly chosen. That's the question I'm asking after that dinner. the reception and the room is warm. the map well explained and finally the formulas not so frozen that it appears there. It's all starting well. the first doubts happen with the mouthing that we find quite little cooked. we chose a menu with 2 admissions, a dish and a dessert for 88€ accompanied by wine with glass charged 7€ each. The dishes come in, pretty quickly I have to say. we delight as we go through the gastronomic ballad. Of course nothing has to say about the freshness and quality of the products, or even on the cooking but everything seems flat enough. the two-way dressage ready is sad. Nothing explodes in the mouth... it's disappointment. nothing seems precise to the sommelier who is obliged to go to the label of the bottle when I ask him what house is the wine he had just served us. A dried glass. an overall impression that asks us about the star. Maybe we came to the wrong night but for us such an addition for such a meal is not justified.

by going to the val of auge we are sure not to deceive us!!!!! the discovery menu is always a feast!!! our gastronome children are always very well received! Thank you to the whole team for the exceptional cuisine, its kindness and professionalism!!!Fively the next evening at the val d'auge -:).

beautiful and good products cooked with justness, careful presentation and flavors are made to each dish. the accord mets - wines proposed by the sommelier is a beautiful discovery. The service is smiling and attentive. a beautiful address to advise without hesitation.
