We came to lunch at 8 in this grocery store. The terrace is correct, the inside is quite small. Food is of quality and prices are consistent and intermediate. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the service. the people of the group are served with 15 minutes away. not very pleasant!without counting a doubtful attitude when booking by phone.

very disappointing reception with the current team. very displaced remarks from the server, or even insulting to some customers. no professionalism! more, when you book for one night and when you arrive in front, you realize that the restaurant is closed, it's really disappointing!The welcome was much warmer before with pietro!!!

What a disappointment! accustomed to the place, to the warm welcome and the impeccable service of pietro, I went to lunch last week and there. Even if the kitchen remains the same, the service is catastrophic. between the server that confuses familiarity displaced and user-friendliness and the manager who screams behind his counter (speaking customers a few meters away): "ah they will not begin to grind me the chicon these" (the customers concerned just wanted to change the place on the terrace, kindly proposing to dress the table they liked). Funny sense of reception and customer service. Too bad. Moreover this table was renamed and the booking required on the noon, there the restaurant was half empty. This may explain that.

we went to this place on Tuesday evening on the occasion of the holy valentine...We had a great evening. The greeting is friendly and warm and we were greeted with the smile...Unlike some other comments we did not find the long service but we found it discreet thing we enjoyed a lot. after all when you go to the restaurant it's to take your time. The products are of very good quality and offers an important choice..before time of choice we asked advice to the server that knows well the products offered.bref, we have had a very nice evening and will return very likely accompanied this time with friends.

We were rather regulars of this restaurant, my husband, my children and I, the products and the kitchen are really excellent, but in recent months there has been a change of staff (maybe owner?) and the service leaves a little to be desired. It's super long, whether it's the sale at the counter or the service at the restaurant, it's always cold inside, (they have a problem with the pizza oven, so open the doors to aerate and evacuate the smokes). Anyway, unfortunately for all these reasons we go less and less, yet we love Italian cuisine!

I find in some products the tastes of the products I taste in italia. the products are fresh but deserve more variety. Attention, however, to the reception, both in the restaurant and in the shop. What a pity, you are few on the region in terms of Italian store and restaurant, so treat, vary and welcome the customer who, never forget, pays your salary. Come on, an effort to value your good products: don't close the store on a Saturday morning, suddenly at 11:00, smile, advise, don't put 1 hour to cut 3 slices of mortadella, vary your cooking recipes (in italia you can refine and original with very few ingredients and lots of talent). frankly, it would be enough to make this good store an extraordinary store. dai, avanti ragazzi!
