We spent a magical evening on Saturday, August 5. Everything is there: the beauty of the places, the successful marriage between a castle and the very contemporary restaurant room in a rotunda on nature, the fantastic dinner and the professionalism and kindness of the person and mr and mme serge Vieira. Indeed each dish is a delight in the presentation (we eat first with the eyes), in the search for flavors, perfect cooking and quality of products. the chef is looking for the best products, it feels. Beautiful dishes, beautiful cutlery, charming sommelier and good advice.Also, there are so few rooms, we would have slept well on site.Bravo!
