Le Loco Loco - Villefranche-sur-Mer

Au premier abord ce restaurant n'aspire pas confiance. Les tables sont les unes à côté des autres , les nappes de celles-ci sont très campagnardes et les gens mangent à côté de personnes donc qu'ils ne connaissent pas. Le restaurant se situe dans un petit coin de rue et je trouve ça très joli. L'accueil était sympathique car la serveuse était vraiment très gentille. Cependant le serveur n'était pas très joyeux , ils nous agresse presque car on ne choisit pas tout de suite les boissons . Si vous voulez un jour , manger à la bonne franquette, car il faut le dire qu'autour de celui-ci se trouve plutôt des restaurants gastronomiques, il est fait pour vous. Les moules frites étaient bonnes ainsi que le steak et l'escalope de veau , rien a redire. On pourrai penser au premier regard que ce n'est pas très propre mais les couverts comme les plats étaient niquels.Bref peut être le seul point négatif c'est que vous ne pouvez pas manger à l'intérieur si vous avez froid. Mais il faut dire que le petit vent frais après une longue journée passée au soleil fait un bien fou. Alors je dirai que ce restaurant est très bon er que je ne regrette pas de m'y être arrêté.

the place presents très mignon, as the French would say. slightly differs from the local classic that you expect here and gives a touch of Latin. friendly, staff speaking Italian is very kind, especially with children. exquisite and abundant salads, excellent marine moules. The thirst made us take beer, but sooner or later the rosé de provence I'll have to try it. absolutely good prices in the price quality ratio. I'll definitely come back! Good!

Très bon endroit ou vous êtes reçu comme à la maison et la cuisine est tout aussi ressemblante que l'accueil...N'oubliez pas de déguster le fameux rhum arrangé...très sympa

really good, friendly and friendly staff who also speaks Italian. The place is very nice, it only put out. fantastic curry mussels. abundant portions. normal prices, on the contrary low compared to those of all other locals around (24€ per head for mussels, chips, dessert, coffee and drink. )

Called here for lunch.Prices very reasonable/ good value.Sat outside at tables that are set beside an alleyway. A limited view of the harbour from here. Some shade from the parasols.Moules frites was good. Lots of mussels and properly hot chips.Caesar salad for my wife also very good.Tap beer was good.Service very slow - nearly an hour to get our mains, even though it didn't appear too busy at the time of our visit. Just one waiter who rushed around but was let down by his cook's speed. A shame as our food was very pleasant. No others on here complain of the wait so we must have caught them at the wrong moment!

We visited the restaurant after reading some of its TripAdvisor reviews, and we were not disappointed. We skipped the starters and got straight into the mains, a Pistou pasta and the Mussels with cream and garlic. The food was simple and beautiful. We finished with a creme bulee and profiteroles. We'd definitely return here upon returning to Nice

Amazing & different place! We were so lucky to find LocoLoco our last day in Nice! Tastefull plates, alternative atmosphere! Keep some space for creme brûlée!! Enjoy!!!

Don't look much but staff, food and draught beer all excellent quality and value for money. Muscles to be highly recommended, salads and succulent Entrecote, cooked to perfection!
