Pizza are good and made fresh but for me the dish call "Taglatielle & St Jacques" is absoutly delicieus,
We visited the are in August not realising that all the Restaurants would be shut. La Gourmande was one of the only ones open. Whilst it wasn't necessarily the sort of food we wanted - pizza and pasta - they were friendly, helpful and the food basic but good value
Sometimes, when your traveling, all you want is a good pizza. We found this restaurant and enjoyed exactly that, a very good pizza. This is clearly a favorite local place since it was packed with locals and I think we were the only foreigners in the place. There is an extensive selection of pizzas in two sizes. They also offer very nice salads and only a small collection of Italian wines. Te service is excellent and the wait staff speaks English. The location is also very convenient right off the main square.
Nous avons souvent mangé ici en famille et j'essaie toujours d'y aller lors de notre prochaine visite. Les pizzas sont délicieuses ! L'huile de piment à verser dessus est incroyable et le personnel est très sympathique !! Nous avons aussi des desserts ici aussi (si nous ne sommes pas trop bourrés) qui sont très sympas !
Nous nous sommes arrêtés ici sans réservation en allant de Paris à la Normandie, et c'était notre premier repas en France ! Nous étions des adultes et des bébés et ils nous ont fourni une chambre séparée pour notre usage. Les pizzas étaient fabuleuses !
Visited the beautiful town when staying at near by Center Parcs. Most places didn't open until but luckily for us this pizzaria opened at so we were first in!! Very friendly English speaking staff and good choice on the menu. We had pasta...and pizza and it was really delicious! Couldn't refuse dessert either creme brulee and lovely ice cream! Would definitely recommend this place but it did fill up quickly so booking may be advisable or just get there early!!!!
We had an enjoyable evening. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. We chose pasta but the pizzas and salads looked good. Will definitely go back and try the pizzas.
