Sun Bar - Val-d'Isère

This was decent enough, nothing special. Canteen style service was quick and efficient and the seats outside in the sun are pleasant. Not a must visit but good enough for a quick lunch.

everything is as you would expect . the place is ok , Champers is great quality but expensive . super location and great for people watching

Great to meet for lunch after we picked the kids up from ski school reasonably priced and good quick food but you do have to wait a bit

Long lines, 30 minutes only to take your order. Then how disappointing..... The food was really poor. The pasta Nona was Nona edible.....The sandwiches had thin cheese on dry bread. Hamburger were just plain. The salad was OK. Unfortunately even the Expresso was not good.

Nice food, friendly staff and fun setting.So much better since the miserable, grumpy old git (previous owner) got the message and slung his hook.Deserves a chance if you've been giving it a miss over the past few seasons. Ding dong the the old sod has gone!

There are better places to eat in Val d'Isere which are close by if you walk two minutes. This restaurant is situated in the main lift area in Val. It was a sunny terrace but the food is very 'fast food like' and you will pay a similar price for better food close by.

Good value and service at the bottom of the slopes. Fun geometric decor, canteen type service, good coffee and sandwiches at budget prices. The sun terrace looked good too, although there was no sun when we visited.

Popped in here for a snack lunch - good location and nice sun terrace. You order food near the bar - some dishes are available - others like burgers are to order. Kitchen seemed to be in a meltdown - wrong orders coming out and people returning meals! I had spaghetti bolognese as it was available - but is was not that great either taste or value - given other more positive reviews perhaps it was an off day that any place can have once in a while?
