TY BRAISE - Tréguier

Nous avons déjeuné - nous avons tous deux commandé des moules et des frites - elles étaient excellentes et de très bonnes frites. La portion était très bonne et les moules étaient savoureux et très peu de "vides". Une bière savoureuse arrosée d'un déjeuner très satisfaisant

We arrive in the town on a Sunday to find that our hotel did not serve dinner on Sunday or Monday. Fortunately the hotel gave us the details of this restaurant as it is almost next door. The food and pricing was excellent.

Four of us went out for dinner on a Friday night in late September, We were warmly greeted by a lovely English speaking waitress, and despite not booking, were shown to a very comfy table.We all of us chose to eat from the 17 euro menu, and there certainly was a good choice. Our starters were all different, terrine, goat's cheese salad, oysters and one other thing which eludes me! Then one had fish beautifully presented and served with rice, one had a steak with a choice of sauces, and two of us had moules with a choice of sauces.As for desserts, one had creme brûlée, one had ice cream, one had some sort of cake dish and one was too full to eat another mouthful. The bread basket was replenished the moment it was empty. One could not ask for anything better. A perfect evening out. Thank you to all concerned.

You will have the best culinary surprise of Brittany, better than you can expected!All I tried was really delicious, the waitress, and owner, is a nice and fair lady, her husband is the Chef, a remarquable gourmet. Most of the dishes are serve with a baked potatoe AND french fries, so you don't have to choose :)It's a place to visit, just do it!

A busy friendly atmosphere, excellent food and made most welcome by our English speaking waiter Gildas. The terrine starter, moulles mariniere, and sausage with Camembert (really !!) were just some of the highlights.

I visited this restaurant twice; my family and I absolutely adore this home business. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the service was great all night. Our server Gildas was especially friendly and spoke 3 languages. The food was excellent; there was a lot of choice and the wines were so memorable.We will definitely be returning here soon.

Convivial, warm welcome. Loved it. English spoken well so you can relax. Patience and help with any attempt at French which was fun! The food was delicious. The menu varied. Something to suit everyone. We did like the coffee! We have visited for many years and hopefully will return for many more. Thank you Ty Braise.

We had built ourselves up for a return visit to the St Bernard, the first for 12 years. We were therefore very disappointed to see it had changed hands, we need not have worried!Lovely food, great bottle of Sauvignon Touraine (we've developed a taste for that whilst down in Southern Brittany) and excellent friendly service (they even suffered my Franglais!).We'll be back.PS. Only dislike was the coffee!
