Most of the dishes are typical Portuguese with good portions and very well prepared.The Bacalhau à Casa is our favourite.There is a good winelist and the house wines are all Vinho Verde's, also the red (tinto) one. If you want a red wine and don't like the sourness of the vinho Verde, take another one from the list.
Down a narrow little side street in Tourcoing is a great family-owned Portuguese restaurant. The interior is neither crowded seating nor fancy but the friendliness of the staff provide a welcome environment. We ordered the House Specialty Cod. There was a fairly long wait but the owner explained that the specialty is not cooked until ordered. The streaming cod arrived tender and smothered with potatoes and onions and worth the wait. The portion is more than generous. My friends go a few times a year and the owner remembers them and knows what they order. That is a sign that the family loves their business and customers!

Une très belle expérience. Une viande grillée d'exception. Il y a longtemps que je n'ai pas mangé une si bonne côte à l'os. Je recommande.

Un voyage au Portugal... Le cadre agréable , la musique le Fado très agréable et une cuisinière hors pair!!!! Je recommanderais ce restaurant à mes amis. Merci beaucoup!
