Stumbled upon this place when walking from the Campanile into Dinan. Not what we were expecting. A restaurant one side, a bar the other. Such a huge range of beers. Good staff!

Following a recommendation from my sister, who lives nearby, my daughter and I visited last night. This bar, cafe and restaurant stands out, in the middle of a zone industrielle on the outskirts of Dinan, but just 15 minutes walk from our hotel. The exterior gives no real indication of the quality of the food and drink inside. The menu is relatively straightforward, galettes, crepes and proper homemade burgers in a variety of styles, with a strong Breton theme. Even more so is the drinks list, with literally dozens of Breton craft beers, cider and even cola. All the beers are also available to take away, as well as other regional specialities. The owners obviously take great pride in what they are doing. Not sure what to drink? No problem, just ask for a recommendation to match the food and you won't be disappointed. Prices are also very reasonable. Give it a try, and you'll want to go back.

Having driven 400 miles and not overly impressed with the nearby hotel's menu, we ventured to this restaurant and. what a find. The nautical/ pirate décor provides a quirky yet comfortable theme. It was not too busy on the Sunday evening and the smiling, friendly waitress spoke good English and promptly served drinks including local beer and a carafe of tap water. We were hungry and ordered quickly, my wife had a vegetable crepe, with salad and hand cut chips which she said was delicious and my tasty well stacked burger and chips was top drawer. With a couple of large beers, the bill was just €27, excellent value and highly recommended. The restaurant also has a bar and sells beer to take away so to cap a lovely meal, I also bought a box of local French bottled beers to take home ... and very nice they were too!

my man and I went to dinner with two children. eating is very good quality and great portions, I had a burger and the rest of the family fucked in traditional crows. we couldn't make mistakes, the children loved the quirky pirate decor, the...the awake were very friendly and a speech excellent English. we ate around 6.30 and only one table on a Saturday I definitely got this place recommended.
