This restaurant was sandwiched between two other restaurants and we almost left the place when we were told by a waiter there was no outdoor table. Then we walked into the restaurant to see the inside and another waiter told us there was plenty of space outdoor because we were not looking in the right restaurant. It was rather weird to have three restaurants in such a tiny area, but we finally settled down at a table outside.The waiter was very friendly. We ordered a couscous dish and also chich-kebab. The Moroccan-style food was good and the red wine was also not bad.We had a nice evening there.
We visited this small restaurant almost by fluke. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Although an assuming place, the food and service at Ali Baba's is excellent. The grilled lamb fillet is beautiful.
Home made fresh food is served by friendly staff; even if you don't know well about the cuisine, they take time to explain. Tiny place in a local style decoration.

Small restaurant with a very gracious host. Menu selections run from cous cous to grilled meat items and Tunisian specialties (beers/wines). Great mint tea, did not try the desserts.
had the couscous w/ lamb chops sausages and vegetables. The lamb was grilled to perfection, and the sausage had a incredible flavor. Too large a portion to finish, but delicious and well prepared.The owner/proprietor was super, greeting all guests at the door. Well worth it if you are getting tired of typical French fare.
