Found this restaurant by accident on a one night stop in Sisteron. What a chance find, really helpful staff, who, though not fluent in English, did everything they could to help us with our 30 year old high school French. The setting in the tiny medieval Street was idyllic and even though we didn't arrive until 9pm without a reservation, we were seated in less than 10 minutes. The food and wine were superb, everything you imagine a beautiful small town classic French restaurant would be, beautiful flavours, top class ingredients and obviously cooked with skill and care. On the strength of this restaurant alone we have decided to go back to Sisteron for at least a long weekend if not more.
The map has been the same since. At least six years. summer and winter. It doesn't feel the fresh, the cooked house.
restaurant located in a pedestrian street with passage, small terrace, good reception a lot of choice on the map, the dishes were all very good.
good value for money, menu at 25€ entered-plat-dessert, I recommend the slightly variegated dorade that was excellent! very efficient and friendly waitress.
Despite a friendly welcome, the rest is not at the height of the design of the map! salad with product from box, 19th for three leaves and three fruit pucks to avoid. Moreover I think it is an old Asian restaurant reconditioned in traditional restaurant except that the chef has remained Asian!!

a good value for money in this sister restaurant where we ate a noon after visiting the citadel. I would like to emphasize the excellent reception that has been made to us, especially for our one-year-old baby (highchair, bread crouton, toys brought after his meal and during ours so that we can also enjoy our plates) and constant little attentions with the smile - without too much! The menu at 16.90 is simple but good.
plats surgelés de grande surface, poissons trop secs, sauce bonbon, dessert moelleux vieux de plusieurs jours, et le tout pour un prix similaire aux bons restaurants du coin. A fuir absolument !
