A family dinner that wasn't enjoyable at all.......We were given a table at the very back of the restaurant and it was really hot in the restaurant and uncomfortable so we asked to sit closer to the door .......you would have thought I'd asked for a free dinner! I was told just to sit there as if I kept still it would cool down ....for one I'm not a child and do not need to sit still! So I got up to walk to the front of the restaurant and again asked to sit nearer to the door where other diners were sitting so don't see what the issue was .....I was told we could sit near the window ....which would have been great but he then said I couldn't open the window so what would have been the point of that......by this point everyone was looking at us and I felt even more uncomfortable ......they finally gave us a table where we asked to sit in the first place....!!!!!We ordered food which was mediocre not horrible by any means but definitely not the best......pricing was as you would expect so neither cheap nor expensive......Customers are what keep your restaurant going maybe a little lesson in customer service is needed
The food is what you expected in an Italian restaurant. The service was good and is set in a lovely area surrounded by other restaurants which makes for a great atmosphere. Thank you.
Service rapide et personne sympathique en revanche concernant le plat vraiment pas top! on a pris des pâtes on a l'impression que la sauce est industrielle vraiment pas terrible!!
Plats évitez les gambas à décortiquer soit même et dans une sauce inutile, service lamentable, pas agréable.
Mon mari et moi avons eu clairement l'impresssion de manger des pizzas surgelées de supermarché et encore! Ignoble!!!Quand aux desserts.... une catastrophe, mes profitéroles rassies et le chocolat était un jus... Je ne parle même pas du vin... je vous laisse deviner!À bannir!!!
Malgré une attente un peu longue, l'accueil de la serveuse est très agréable, souriante et rigolote.Pour ma part j'ai pris une pizza etant excellente bien meilleur que pizza Del Arte. Les pâtes Carbonara était très bonne également Je le recommande!
Restaurant italien avec de menu pas cher. Pour le prix très correct avec un service plutôt rapide et où petit soin.
