A éviter.

Had a large 3 cheese pizza for 2 with a local rose wine on our first night. Finished off with homemade Rum Bhaba

We came here because my wife wanted Bouillabaisse. But when it came it was 4 complete fish in a sauce, not a true bouillabaisse. It was as if the chef couldn't be bothered to sort out the bones. My paella was similarly complete with chicken on the bone and whole prawns. But maybe that is the authentic French style as I saw a similar ready meal in Carrefour with everything included! Taste and flavours were OK. Other diners seemed happy with what they were getting. But we came early in the evening so service was not an issue.

We arrived at 13:45, 15 mins before they stopped serving, and the waiter made a comment that wasn't so pleasant, than caught himself. He gave us the last clean table by the door. My son liked his pizza although it looked undercooked. My entrecôte was ok, but hard and definitely overcooked for saignant. Vegetables were few and soggy.

Some restaurants in the same place are empty and others are full. This one was empty when all others around were full. That would be a sign wouldn't it?The service was awful always going back to the kitchen to check whether the plates were still available or not. Then, the most horrible pizza ever in my all life came: no bread crust but instad some kind of galette dry and oily. The rouget filets were raw. There was no bread brought to the table, the wauter was invisible...And we had a bill of 60€!How can this kind of restaurant still exists. They were at the image of the restaurant dog: filthy, not taken care of and lazy.Pass your way!

My family and I have been here twice now - July 2013, August 2014. Unfortunately we won't be going back. The service is too relaxed, i.e slow, and the food is just not up to scratch. The French are supposed to have good food but not here. The salads are over dressed, the vegetables too oily, over cooked. We try to avoid pizza's (you can get them anywhere) and try something else but the kids can only really eat the pasta dishes which are fair/good.The problem is trying to find a good basic, healthy!, kid friendly place to eat in the area that doesn't take 2 hours when you are melting with the stuffy heat - we'll keep looking.

Me and my family were very starving and thought it might be a good compromise between one of the sandwich and pizza restaurants and a local French restaurant. To start with the only good part, the ham and cheese pizza (only pizza choice) from the kids menu was OK.But the first problem was that we were asked whether we would like to order something to drink first. The kids ordered a soft drink. The kids menu comes with a pizza, an ice cream and a soft drink. But unfortunately not the one we ordered upfront! Because the one from the kids menu is smaller. So we had to pay for the soft drinks on top. Then the regular menu was really terrible. The starting course was a carelessly prepared salad, two different salads which seemed to be exactly the same (tomato mozzarella salad an one with hot goat cheese. As main course we had the local 'Steak taureau' and the 'Cote d'angneau both were served well done even though we ordered both medium rare. The lamb was at least eatable, but the steak was so chewy that it was hardly possible to cut and even less to chew. Even on the table next to us, they left over at least 3/4 of the meat. The vegetables came directly out of a tin and were completely overcooked. While preparing the dessert (creme caramel) they obviously ran out of whipped cream, because while my wife's dessert at least had some traces of cream mine came completely without. The creme caramel itself was tasteless. The Rosé was not cold enough and the Orangina had room temperature and no bubbles anymore. In total it was a real terrible evening of a beautiful day of our vacation toSaintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.
