After a 1000 km drive (direct from Brussels), we found this very basic but good restaurant in a very nice wine village not far from the Mont Ventoux. The foot was good, prices fare, nice terrace and the staff very friendly. The kids ate a very good pizza (not fat). We had some vey good dishes from the Provence. Perfect place to kick off your holidays!

For one of those nights when you just don't feel like cooking....the indoor or outdoor settings are friendly and comfortable. Always good service and a consistent standard. Have eaten here many times and it's a good family friendly place to sip a good local wine and enjoy your pizza, salad, steak or whatever.

Visited this restaurant twice during our week in Provence. Their super-thin pizzas are amazing. Our daughter had the linguine carbonara on our second visit and that was delicious too (I had to have a taste)! The staff are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The outside seating on a warm Summer evening is a perfect setting! Highly recommended.

We love L'Angelus, great Pizza, always a good plat, and the chance to eat outside watching the world go by under the plane trees. The only problem is you often see people you know and end up with another bottle of rose! 1st world problems!

We ate dinner here our first night on a recent family vacation to this part of Provence, selecting it after having read other's reviews on this site, and we were not disappointed. Despite the fact the we arrived one hour late for our reservation due to unforeseen travel delays, the staff immediately prepared a table for us on the outdoor terrace of this charming village set in the heart of the Cotes du Rhone wine country. The staff are English speaking, and the menu is varied, ranging from traditional French bistro food to various pizzas which can be made to order. The wine list is extensive and features mainly local Rhone wines which can be ordered by the glass, or in 500 ml and 750 ml bottles. The servers were attentive but not obtrusive, the food was delicious, and the final bill was quite reasonable. All in all a delightful way to start our culinary experience on this trip!

We visited Angelus restaurant twice whilst travelling through France. The food is very fresh and the service is friendly and very helpful. The buffalo and tomato entree was superb. We had sea bass for our main course - white and soooo fresh!! I would say this was probably our favourite restaurant we visited whilst touring France. It was inexpensive compared to Australian restaurant prices and sitting outside on a balmy evening was perfect! I would definitely recommend!!p.s. Cheese platter is to die for!!

Wonderful pizza and local wines served in a very friendly cozy environment. Patio outside if the weather is nice.

Having been recommended this restaurant, we were not disappointed. There is a friendly atmosphere with staff that welcomed us in English. The menu is good and the Salmon we had was very well cooked.
