A touristy evening style restaurant, the menu has set or individual menu at reasonable prices , the portions weren't big but the quality is good , the staff were attentive not pushy and friendly
On our sightseeing along the coast we stopped here for some lunch. Nice place in a cozy little village. I'm happy with my steak and my company had moules which they were happy with too. The staff was friendly and the price was decent.
Stopped here for lunch on our trip through Normandie. Three of us ordered the moules frites and one of us steak. Everything was perfect and for a good price. The staff apologized for not speaking very good english but it was no problem to make ourselfs understood. A nice change from the very touristy restaurants close to utah and omaha beach. Would recommend anyone who travels to Normandie to visit some of the small villages futher north because they are absolute gems.
Stopped for lunch en route to Cherbourg. My partner ordered prawns in a coconut and lemon sauce starter which was delicious. I ordered something I could not translate which turned out to be a patty of course shredded meat with apple, cheese and a cider sauce. Different and very nice. For mains we both ordered the fish of the day which was cooked together with cuscus and vegetables in a parchment packet. A nice change. The venue is on the waterside but unfortunately there is parking along the road between the restaurant and the harbour which spoils the aspect.
We have visited Saint Vaast before but not eaten here. Friendly service ang good quality food are served in a pleasant kerbside restaurant overlooking the Marina. Enjoyed a very decent lunch
We sat in semi open air under glass. Oyster starter was excellent as were the marline and lemon sole mains. Service very friendly
Steak and chips and beer ... all fantastic. The service was good as well, all very friendly. It's easy to see why this place is No.1 in St Vaast
