Notre note 4 et nos commentaires 179 témoignent de la qualité et du soin que nous apportons à chaque plat.
Les galettes étaient bonnes même si la pâtisserie était très sèche. Pas les meilleures galettes que nous avons eues. Le service et la livraison de nourriture étaient très lents.
Il paraît que nous avons mangé :- les meilleures crêpes américaines mangées en France,- l'une des meilleures crêpes au sarrasin que nous ayons jamais mangées,- et d'excellentes crêpes au blé. Comme le disait il y a quelques jours H. Bolton, analyste senior de CitiBank. il y a , "De superbes crêpes pour de superbes moments entre amis" et il avait raison !!!
Better than 100 choices in this hole in a wall restaurant in an untouched medieval village. You might notice the nautical theme, given that the decorator has never thrown anything out vaguely on that theme. Service is sedentary, even glacial, but they warn you of that up front. In summer you'd have to line up at dawn for lunch. The food is reasonable, when it arrives. By that time, anything is welcome! Worth the challenge.
La belliloise is the perfect mix of warm culture and fantastic food. The hosts are amazing at making you feel welcome. They explained the menu to us and even offered their favourites, which turned it to be delicious! Five stars for the Karol and the Yoko for desert YUM!
I've been a regular visitor of the beautiful village of Saint-Guilhem and over the past 3 decades I've seen many restaurants come and go. Many of them offer quite standard dishes, but La Belliloise serves a vast collection of galettes and crepes. Very well prepared and served in the particular interior. Recommended!
Right around the corner of main square in St. Guilhem-le-Desert we found this Crèperie, led by an brettanic ex-sailor, who decorated his restaurant wonderfully with thousand little memories from seatrips around the world. You feel like in a pirates hideout and get quickly served first quality original crèpe and refreshing cidre. Great place to go with friends or with your kids. You will love it!
La Belliloise is near to the main square in Saint-Guilhelm-le-Desert. We had lunch there as it was the first restaurant we found on the way from the car park. It has a good choice of crepes, omelettes and galettes, but the services is quite slow, there are no outdoor tables and we were constantly pestered by flies as we sat in the restaurant. In retrospect, we wished we had walked further as there are plenty of other similar restaurants, some with outdoor tables.
