Le Frenchy - CLOSED - Saint-Gratien

A cross thé street from hotel Ibis and rail station 20 minutes from Paris, Frency has excellence hamburgers and other home prepared sandwiches, great quality and value. Prices very good full meal between (6,5 and 7,5€). French fries and soft drinks.

I went here because of the review and the fact that it was just accross the sreet from my hotel. I was not disappointed. The different hamburgers were fantastic, the owner very friendly, and his french fries fantastic in that they were crisp and not over salted. This is the best fast-food place in town.

When I got off the RER C train at Saint-Gratien station, I noticed this small sandwich restaurant across the street and went in. I ordered a Coke Zero, a double cheese burger and fries and was amazed at how very good the food was! There is a small seating area inside and outside, the friendly chef behind the counter smiled when I ordered in bad French and kindly replied to me in English if I wanted mayonnaise or ketchup with my fries. The food was FANTASTIC, the service was FAST, and the atmosphere was super friendly. I was the only one eating inside, but they were doing a good number of take-out orders for customer while I ate. If you are staying at the Ibis, Le French is maybe 50 feet from the front door. And they accept USA credit cards for payment. This place is a true gem! Please try this great place, you will not regret it!

Very small restaurant, I think there was only 8 tables but most were for party of two sized Very intimate feel to the space.
