My family and I had a WONDERFUL lunch at L'Abordage today 5/5/17 Le Plat du Jour was a cabillaud with a lemon sauce that was so fresh and beautifully prepared. With a cafe gourmand and apperitif for 5 people the bill was 101 euro's. We all thought this to be a great value. The service was excellent!!!!! Wonderful view of the water. I will absolutely be back.
Nice place to have breakfast in the sun, either salee or sucree - both ok and reasonable priced. Also, a good service. The location is quiet, as it is almost on the beach, and the street is behind the first row buildings, so you can't hear them!
Good food close to the beach perfect and safe area for kids to play whilst you eat. They have a weekday menu of exceptional value. You can eat outside or in. Well worth a visit.
This restaurant is perfect for children as it is right next to the beach and no cars. Good value and a great menu. Parking close by but make sure you book at weekends.
Superb food, great view, friendly staff - loved it! Initially arrived too early when it is just like any other beach side cafe and so we just had coffee. But, we decided to book a table for later and walk along the promenade. So glad we did book as it was full by the time we returned and we would not have wanted to miss such a great meal.
Friendly atmosphere, stunning view and warm welcome. Weekday menu recommended. Contemporary designed. For sure, we will come back !
Wild local fish is the specialty of this restaurant. Except Sunday and Monday which are the days off for the fisherman. the owner of the restaurant is the one cooking. to me it is a sign of quality.The result is not surprising. Generous dishes, fresh food.upon sitting, the tapenade and grilled bread is on the table. the fest starts.We ordered lobster and shells with its Aioli.Aioli is a Provençal traditional sauce made of garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and egg yolks. Full of sensations for those who love garlic.We also ordered the Tuna steak with small vegies wok.I recommend the wine Cotes de Provence : Chateau Tour Saint Honore. a not too light wine served chilled that goes very well with seafood.keep some space for the dessert. it seems the Tiramisu Nutella - Caramel - Coconut is delicious.
Ate there with my wife, daughter, son in law and grandson. Opted for the menu du jour. Salad to start, then tuna, rice and vegetables with gourmand coffee to finish. Perfectly cooked, not over fussy like so many French restaurants these days. Fresh,good quality ingredients cooked simply with excellent flavours and texture. Great value and staff very welcoming. It was midweek, off season and it was much busier than its neighbours, which says it all.
