Perfection can be found at this wonderful Michelin star restaurant. Chef Olivier Arlot presented an amazing menu full of complex flavor profiles that danced on the palate. A must try if you're in the area.
From the simple modern decor to the tasty & original cuisine, all at a reasonable price with friendly unpretentious service, this place lived up to our expectations. The only minor negative in my view; we would have appreciated a little more time between the courses...
Wonderful food, contemporary decor, great wine. I've been here several times since they opened and am consistently surprised and delighted by the menu changes, great service and wine suggestions. A nice way to pass an evening in the Loire Valley.
We found the restaurant by chance when coming from Tours. It was easy to park, right in front of the restaurant so; we thought we would give it a try. It transpired that the restaurant had only been open for three months; however, despite this the restaurant was fairly crowded the day that we ate lunch there. The decoration is very contemporary and the dining area spacious, but the acoustics were not good, as the room seemed very noisy. The service was excellent and the waiter spent a little time with us explaining the ingredients of our starters. We both opted to eat just two courses for our lunch which cost 28 euros per person. I opted for a goats’ cheese salad and my friend chose foie gras. My salad was very refreshing and summery and the accompanying vegetables crisp and crunchy. My main course, a fish dish of zander on a bed of noodles with vegetables was also very good. The fish was cooked to perfection, but I was a little surprised that virtually the same vegetables were served with the noodles as had been served in a raw state with my salad. Also, for my tastes the whole dish needed a little more flavouring. Overall however, and considering the price for the two dishes, I thought that the quality was very good and I would certainly recommend the restaurant to others and will try to eat there again when I am next in the area.
I really liked it here! At first I was hesitant to dine at an Asian restaurant in Banff.

Although other people have already mentioned this, the 15% automatic tip was a little too much.
We had arrived the first and were surprised how spacious it was inside. We had driven regularly and thought it was a little restaurant. There are parking spaces outside. I had a glass of sauvignon blanc as Apéro and started with a spelt risotto with green asparagus and flakes of Parmesan all crushed in a creamy foam. It was so delicious. Next I had another glass of Sauvignon to go with my cable fillet served with broccoli and cauliflower tin another delicious foam. To pudding I took the crème brûlée, which came with a beautiful little Madeleine. A super dessert. Coffee and a small chocolate cake rounded off a first-class meal. Service was very good -relaxed and efficient. 161€ for three was a good value for such a high quality meal.
