I found this small friendly hotel slightly dated, however the rooms are clean, the food very nice and service, first class, if your travelling on a budget then you can't go wrong staying there. A seperate bar with very reasonable prices. If your not up to scratch with your French have no worries the owner speaks a little English.
Good value at lunchtime with the all inclusive 'menu ouvrier' at around 12€ for 4 courses, wine and coffee. Sometimes the food lacks imagination.
HiWe ate here and, although we arrived before restaurant was open, we were welcomed by the owner into the bar .The lady owner was a really nice pleasant person who revelled in the fact that we only spoke token french. She was really happy to use her own limited English in reply to our Franglais. The food was excellent value at 14 euro's for three courses, there were also other menu's with more upmarket food, which others in the restaurant were definitely enjoying as well.Good honest food served with a smile, what more can you ask for?Would definitely reccomend next time you're in the area.
The owner was a delight. Very friendly and cheerful even to people with poor French language skills. The restaurant was clean and cheerful and full of caracter but rather dated.A three course meal at 14 euro was very good value and Madame was so pleasant and cheerful that it made the evening. Not gourmet but good honest cooking at a very fair price with a delightful, cheerful hostess.

good price at midday with all inclusive menu ouvrier' in the environment for courses, wine and coffee. sometimes the eating fantasy is missing.
hallo we have eaten here and, although we arrived before the restaurant, we were welcome from the owner to the bar. the owner of the dame was a really nice person who was in the fact that we only spoke, fön. she was really happy to use her own English in the answer to our franglais. the food was excellent for three courses of euro, there were also other menus with more upscale diners that others in the restaurant definitely enjoy. good honest eating served with a smile, what can they ask for more? next time they would come back if they were in the opposite.
