I was in town waiting for my car service to be completed and stopped in for lunch. It was not busy, and I had a nice meal. I'll come back again to try them for dinner, as the food on the lunch menu formule was tasty.
We visited for a lunch and for an evening meal. The service was excellent and friendly and they were able to understand our French and help with pronunciation.The food was plentiful and well cooked, in fact too much for some of us!The fixed price lunch menu was similarly good value would recommend this restaurant to anybody - very French in every way.
After the market in the square, it was the place to go for lunch. Attentive service and good food prompted us to book for dinner on Saturday.This family run restaurant was popular in the evening. The table d'hote gave reasonable choice and good helpings. Fresh fish and a huge lamb shank followed by a trio of isles flottant. It was as well the cottage was within walking distance.
Really enjoyed the quality the food. Hated the music which is always the same Adel CD. Its played so much we have stopped eating in the restaurant, its so annoying
All 3 courses were really good and service was very freindly; even put up with my bad french. I would recommend this restaurant if you visit Plougasnou, which by the way is a lovely village to stay in.
10 of us went here to eat one evening, all food (mains & dessert) were good. Our vegetarian only had one dish to choose from, but her salad looked nice. Moules were lovely. Moules dish also available on childrens menu & was a good size. There was only one other couple there which was a shame for a Friday night as there would have been more atmosphere. Does a fixed prix lunch menu which looked good but we never got chance to try it.
The waiter/chief was very attentive, and changed my order when I told him I had made an error, not realising the starter contained wheat, which was not eveident on menu. The rest of the meal was fine but the place suffers from a lack of warmth.
This is our local restaurant,and my wife and I go occasionally at lunch times.very good food with an interesting menu, the portions are a bit small but very tasty.Last time I had the fish good quality but all very reasonably priced.Will be going again
