Je cherchais un endroit où manger un dimanche soir et je me suis retrouvé par hasard aux Archers. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux, avons discuté du menu (limité) et avons offert des conseils judicieux. La nourriture était excellente et à des prix compétitifs dans ce qui, de l'extérieur, ressemblait à un lieu basique. Bien fréquenté par les locaux, ce qui est toujours bon signe.
Ce bar/restaurant s'adresse aux touristes du champ de bataille du front occidental d'Australie et d'ailleurs (ainsi qu'aux locaux). Le barman est allé en Australie. Les burgers sont très bons et la bière pression est excellente après une longue journée à visiter les champs de bataille. Le lieu ne peut accueillir qu'un certain nombre de membres de groupes de touristes, il est donc préférable d'organiser un repas à l'avance. Sinon, le petit personnel est débordé. C'est un assez bon endroit pour visiter plus d'une fois.

We had the best "French Burger" ever! Service was great and Guillaume was quite helpful in helping us find a hotel in the next city where we intended to spend the night. (We are on a cycling trip) Great location, right in the city center!
right next to the museum, great french food, friendly owner / manager - english translation! lovely caesar salad and burgers (nothing like a boring English burger!)
Peronne was ideal for a stop after many hours in a car. We got there a bit too early for dinner time, but the chef was kind and helpful and and served us a very good meal. The restaurant is easy to find and parking possible a few steps away.
We came here for lunch as part of a day's tour to the Somme battlefields. It is very convenient for the WW1 museum across the road and our group had a reasonably priced lunch with decent food. Most of us tried their special (a pork dish - great value at 8.50 euros). One tip picked up from our French guide - order café gourmand and you get a selection of their desserts with your coffee - here you got two cakes and some ice cream¬!
