Having heard so many glowing reviews of French restaurants, myself and my wife and son along with two friends on our first visit to France made a reservation at this restaurant. We arrived at six in the evening on Thursday 22nd of Sept.. We were the first of the evening customers. Having perused the menu we placed our order. I also ordered a cocktail from the bar. This was promptly forgotten, arriving after a prompt from me some 15 minutes later.Some of our party received their order, but not my son. When his food did arrive it was an entirely different meal to the one he had asked for. It was now 7 o'clock. By 7.30 he still had not got his main meal so the waitress was told to cancel it. At that point we left. As for my main meal I can only describe it as nouvelle cuisine, which roughly translated from the French means "bugger all". An appalling establishment with terrible service and overpriced. Avoid at all costs.
It was delicious and fresh. The ice cream was homemade a tasted so good. I was really surprised of the quality because the restaurant looks like a trap for tourist.Je m'attendais à un attrape touriste mais c'était franchement bon. Les glaces faites maison sont vraiment à tomber.
We visited here twice during our one week holiday, it was that good. Ingredients are local, fresh and seemed to be organic too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food is not only tasty but beautifully presented too.
I actually went a few times!!!!!!! I couldn't stop going back because The Crepes were the BOMB!!!! A beautiful restaurant with delicious food and very good service!!!!!! Now I'm back in LA and hating that there is nothing like this here..... once you have had the best it is hard to settle for anything less......
A nice and unpretentious restaurant in the port of St Guenole. The food is fresh: fish right of the boat and only the best local products are used. Fantastic ice cream and sorbets
We had an excellent lunch here recently. The place is relatively new, very modern looking in a friendly, fresh way...the Breton curios can get annoying!!!.... It has a large bright room inside, and a spacious patio overlooking the port (and the fish trucks!) We had four sorts of excellent salad, nicely made and copious, and good desserts as well. Friendly efficient service.
I always like seafood restaurants that overlook a port. This one is quite modern for location and popular in the evening. Food is good and reasonably priced. Crab and langoustine very good.
