Vivin - Neuilly-sur-Seine

Nouveau venu à Neuilly, j'ai découvert une première fois l'endroit passant devant la fenêtre et là j'ai vu qu'il y avait beaucoup de vins du Languedoc qui est assez rare dans un caviste classique en ville. Enfin, j'y suis allé pour acheter Limoux que nous trouvons à propos de nulle part sauf ici ... et j'ai eu l'occasion de découvrir un peu la cave. Départ avec 6 vins du Langedoc que je n'ai qu'à découvrir et goûter. A bientôt !

Vivin has now become my favorite place in Paris. I always buy my wine there. Eric the owner and Thibault working there are the most savy and friendly people in Paris. The wine selection is outstanding and if you come for lunch the table d'hote has spectacular quality food. The cheeses are aged by Eric, the hams and charcuteries from spain and france are simply the best there are and the bread is amazing. You can enjoy the terrasse during the sunny days but inside is as well as it is so cosy and pretty. Do not forget to go downstairs visit the spectacular cellars from the 17th century. Most amazing experience, very highly recommended.

As part of a weekend of celebration, I opted to have a wine and food tasting/experience at Vivin. Eric and his team were wonderful, the food, wine and ambiance was a delight. Eric prepares the delicious food himself and is a great raconteur about things wine and food. We were 27 people and all had a fabulous time at VIvin. Highly recommended.

Le propriétaire connait son métier et sait vous y intéresser avec la technique de la biodynamie. Belle dégustation dans le cadre du travail, groupe de 20 personnes. Il faut réserver car endroit très petit mais fort agréable. Un lieu de vie consacré au vin et produits du terroir. Comme il est écrit Cave, Table d'Hôtes et Initiation du Palais

visit not only the wein. try to make a reservation for lunch. they make a fantastic job. I don't eat meat, so I ate the sweet thing they prepared and they were so delicious. the atmosphere is great and you can always find something...that you are “needy” like the beautiful olive oil donors I bought as Christmas gifts for my friends in the usa, I always say to friends to visit this place, as it has a wonderful ambiente and they really want to be happy.

after a few weinbars and then diner, was just going to the hotel when the woman invited me to their business event. tiredness, but went and came through. wine tasting with various mixed nibbeln typical...of france. not a restaurant as such, but eating was plentiful, tasty and varied. the point of this place is the wine. the tasting took place in the cellar before I arrived and led with the eating up. cellar impressive as a cellar should be cold, slightly damp, kies on the floor and a bit of a wrestling with many bottles. eric the host incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the wines that are all bio and of course over 1,000 references. in this connection, however, it is also a bit more zealotic, because more conventional weine do not make the note for it. Mixed break on the tasting a beautiful champagne that I have home, and a nice sauvignon blanc, but I was not convinced of the red ones that we have tried, which seems to me a little thin. but a great experience and definitiw one to try. the group starts at 8.00 and we have not finished until 12.30

it is a great choice of weeping with very knowledgeable business workers with eric and tibot. I had a working party for dinner there and was fantastic with traditional dining. also a nice lunch there with another couple
