exquisite, delicate aromas and beautifully processed eating. destined to visit. the chef's skills were highlighted by the limited number of ingredients on the teller to shine the taste of these ingredients.
really excellent restaurant, we took the 7 course menu, dishes chosen by the cook. a wonderful decision, excellent wine too. service was extremely efficient and polite, we will be back!

We enjoyed the Menu Expression with the wine pairing. We found Chef Valére's preparations very creative and delicious and the suggestions from Jean-François, the sommelier, were quite a discovery.
