La Pomme De Pin - Montriond

The cheeseburger has been prepared with good meat! As a dessert...I recommend the tarte tatin which is home made... Dining room upstair is very beautiful...

Very nice to stop for lunch if you're vegetarian (or not). Service was friendly and efficient. Very nice wine by the pichet.

Great restaurant for lunch on the slopes - sat outside and soaked up the sunshine. Mains were good, but the Tarte Tatin was the real highlight!

Have been skiing in this area for 10 years and always make a visit to La Pomme De Pin. My favourite has always been a Croque Monsieur and some fries! Although I do believe the owners and menu have changed and the beloved Croque Monsieur is no longer on there! Nevertheless always enjoyed it, nice atmosphere lots of seating and would go again.

We stopped at La Pomme de Pin for lunch a few days into our ski vacation and the whole family agreed it was so good on all accounts that we would lunch there for the entire week. The service is fast and super friendly, the food delicious, the facilities clean and dry. There are hooks for jackets and helmets. On the sunny days the terrace was perfect to enjoy the sun over lunch and on the colder days the cover was up, heaters out and it was super cosy. La Pomme de Pin is a gem!

We visited here twice for lunch in our recent ski trip as the food was so good we had to come back again. The waitresses were all very friendly and accommodating. The outside warmer was a great addition for keeping warm during the colder days. The menu was great, with a wide variety of pizzas and salad as well as house specialities which all sounded amazing. We opted for different pizzas and and goats cheese salad on our visits. All the food was a great standard and great portion sizes and very reasonably priced for the great quality. I would highly recommend, slightly less busy than the main avoriaz restaurants but higher quality than most in my opinion. A must go whilst skiing in this area.

My favourite lunch location in the whole of Port du Soleil, though it is great at any time. After a hard morning's skiing for example a beer and pizza or omelette is very welcome. The meals are huge, delicious and excellent value, the staff are fabulous too (thank you Severine!)

Stopped here twice today as it was so good.First stop was morning coffee and tatin crepe with caramel sauce. Best crepe I have had! Delicious!!We also sat at the 'stove table' which was a first and is brilliant. By the time we had finished our coffee all our kit was dry and warm. Brilliant invention.We enjoyed it so much we went back for lunch.Super friendly and efficient staff.Probably go back tomorrow.
