Petit passage éclair dans la région, une petite halte collation au citron Bleu Quelle belle découverte ! Des plats gourmands et savoureux avec le plaisir de rencontrer le cuisinier et je garde le meilleur pour la fin, un accueil et un service irréprochable avec une patronne au top, le sourire et beaucoup d'humour . Un très bon moment ... Peut-être que la prochaine fois il y aura des pintes, lol ; Allez y les yeux fermés !
We eat here often they are only open at lunch and we always book as some days they are full. 14.50€ for 3 courses and always fresh food. There is also a butchers choice if you don't want plat de jour,choice of 2 or 3 each course. The wife is front of house and full of smiles and very helpfull,husband is chef in the immaculate kitchen as is the restaurant.
We had dinner there for about £22 a head, served bt Madame whilst Monsieur was busy at the stove. Good honest Frech cooking and great value. Beware: it is open a lunchtime and only occasionally in the evening
There are indeed a few (seldom) moments of total surprise when travelling and searching for food. We had some business to do not far away and looked for a restaurant, only to discover - not surprisingly - that in this remote part of France - you would not find much on offer - and indeed only 3 restaurants popped up in Trip Advisor and one was already closes when we arrived. So expectation levels plummeted to low levels - Le Citron Bleu looked not spectacular from outside - BUT quite some tables were taken and it seemed busy and well known to people. Then we sat down, looked at a rather interesting menue and our mood shot up like a rocket when we got our food delivered - was this a Michelin star restaurant ? or what was going on here ? The presentation of the food was excellent - worthy a top restaurant rating, the taste very good and it just kept going (dessert.) We had a great meal ! And we did not sit in a top restaurant in Paris - we sat in a rather small town at the edges of France ! This place beats surely a lot of restaurants in Toulouse - and rightly so in my mind. If you happen to be in the perimeter of 30km around - it's worth the journey and you will be up for some positive experience - yummie food and cooked with professionalism and with heart.
Des gérants agréables, de très bons produits. Un très bon repas pour un tarif plus que raisonnable !

Excellent restaurant dans le centre de Montréjeau , très bon accueil et produits de qualité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous recommandons très chaudement.
