Sir Georges - CLOSED - Montpellier

Tempted off the street with the promise of all fresh locally sourced produce, even the bread from the bakers next door and the butchers down the road. The food was tasty, we had both the burgers and vegetarian options. The fries were particularly delicious. Nice atmosphere. We were lucky to get the sofa seats, others though did look a little squashed. Trendy place to eat, the teenagers loved it!

I had the chicken burger with gluten free bun and fries. Fries were excellent. The gluten free bun was good. My daughter had the same and her chicken was a tad undercooked. The wife had the burger with mushroom.sauce and loved it. The other daughter had fish and chips and liked it as well. The atmosphere inside in kinda cool. Cavern type atmosphere. Found it all a little pricey though.

We'd passed this restaurant the day before and one of the staff had tried to coax us in telling us about how they source their products locally and bake their own bread. So the next day we gave it a go. Big mistake.My wife ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad - which was OK. The chicken was very tender but the salad lacked flavour.I ordered the Classic Burger and fries. The waiter asked how I liked my burger cooked and I said medium. The fries were precooked and kept warm so were limp and mangled looking with little taste. The burger.....the bread was the best thing about it. The cheese on the burger was the orange pre-sliced individual wrapped (almost plastic) cheese. The burger was so far under-cooked it was still Mooing".The beer was delicious though, so not a complete disaster.

This place sells mainly burgers, hotdogs and bagels. We both ordered burgers which were ok but lacked taste. The chips that came along with it weren't that great either. Pretty expensive for what you get. Not worth coming here.

Good food. Frites are great. We took the classis hamburger and hotdog. As expected, good but not special obviously. The service bit chaotic.

We stopped here on our third night in Montpellier to get a late night bite to eat. The restaurant (which feels more like a fast food place) offers a good selection of burgers, hot dogs and bagels which come with fries or salad and a choice of sauces. We found the seating area to be very cramped and uncomfortable although what we actually had to eat (an ami burger and a fille bagel) was reasonably tasty, albeit served on paper which is a pet hate of mine. This was an average experience but not somewhere to go for dinner as there are far better places to choose from.

Not much more to say really.I had a delicious burger with beautiful homemade chips.I didn't like eating of a tray and paper which was quite messy. Also the tables were tightly packed together. I don't really like eating with people I don't know!!!The prices were reasonable. I probably wouldn't here again but once is worth a try.

une belle cour intérieure, très agréable dans la période de la particule. service est décontracté et agréable. le fait qu'il y a 3 plats proposés indique déjà des produits frais et faits maison. tous les ingrédients proviennent de producteurs locaux. Une belle philosophie. le thé glacé de la journée était particulièrement bon et parfait par ces chaleurs fortes.
