Comme le suggèrent notre note 4 et nos commentaires 255, nous n'offrons rien de moins qu'une expérience gastronomique de premier ordre.
Notre hôtel à Mont de Marsan nous a recommandé ce restaurant pour le dîner car le restaurant de l'hôtel était fermé, et nous avons été très contents de leurs conseils. Bon accueil d'un personnel sympathique. Nous avons pris le menu à 39 euros et avons apprécié tous les plats, notamment le plat de poisson et l'entrée qui comprenait un œuf enrobé de chapelure. Tout était vraiment bien présenté et très savoureux. Assez fréquenté un jeudi soir, avec une super ambiance.
Si vous avez du temps à passer en ville, c'est le restaurant qu'il vous faut ! Réservez une table à l'avance ! Essayez des plats de qualité. Le chef a un vrai talent pour créer des combinaisons de saveurs intéressantes et délicieuses. C'était imaginatif et très bien présenté. Le cadre est charmant. Service amical. Très bon rapport qualité prix le midi. J'adore le style du restaurant et la cuisine créative du chef François Duchet. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant
Had an amazing three course meal here with a friend, was nice and busy on a Wednesday evening with a good atmosphere. The food was delicious, really authentic fresh food, with modern and impressive flavours and presentation. The service was perfect, friendly and informative with our dishes being explained to us.Very highly recommended and I'll be back to visit again!
We went to the restaurant to celebrate a family birthday and wanted somewhere a bit more special. We were very pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious. Whilst the menus do not have choices on them the restaurant allowed me to exchange my dessert. It also made me try things i normally wouldn't. Food is beautifully presented, clearly prepared with care and attention and stays true to the flavours of the region whilst putting a new spin on things. Everybody at our table was thoroughly impressed. The service was perhaps a little slow, it took a lot of time to clear plates and get the next course but the restaurant seemed to be extremely busy. Definitely worth a try.
Good but the menu is too short. Went there last Sunday with my gf and her mom and we ordered a 27 Eur menu. Didnt have anything to choose, just a starter, a main and a dessert, otherwise we had to pick the 45 menu (?).Had a cold starter, which was quite normal, even bad I would say.Then the chicken breast was well cooked, with a very tasty sauce, but nevertheless it was still CHICKEN BREAST... offered like the one of the star dishes.Besides the service was slow, too much wait between dishes and the waiter wasnt too nice, when I asked him to heat my dish up.
A nice little restaurant in MdM.Inside is cozy and well decorated with a large outdoor section for those brave and who smoke. Try to avoind if you do not smoke - we werre surrounded.Service was variable - they seemed o wait until there were a number of tables before being interested.Food was fine - we paid about 50 euros for two main courses, two puddings, a beer, wine and coffee. I had some cheese - which wasnt good value.Would we go back - probably - but we would try somewhere else first.
