Right on the lake of Montagnes, good spot to get away from the crowd. Food is a classic fare, consistent and fair

If the weather permits, a table on the terrace overlooking the lake is a must, though it was a little chilly on the evening we went so we ate inside. Service is friendly and quick. The set menus start at 13.90€ (weekday midday only). Four of us dined and chose the 19.90€ menu on a Thursday evening. 3 choices per course with something for everyone. Food was fresh, put together well and servings are copious, though not overwhelming. The wine selection includes many local varieties worth discovering. Everyone went home very satisfied talking about our next possible visit.

The restaurant lies on the banks of the Lake. The food is excellent and in the mid price range. After your meal you can take the beautiful walk around the lake. For children, across the road is a craze golf pitch. Fun for all the family.

Stopped here for lunch on the way to Carcassonne. Restaurant was full as it was Father's Day but the staff prepared a table for us quickly. It was a set menu only for Father's Day but very good food and good value. Service was also very fast and friendly

Recommended by our hosts we gave this a try. Only one member of staff spoke English bit they were all attentive and helpful. Prices were very reasonable, the choice was good and the view very pretty. If we were back in this area we would visit again.

Bizarre as it might seem this is a great place for a cheeseburger and fries. The hamburger in question is called Savoyard. This is not for those on a diet but you can take heart from the fact that there is an attractive walk to be done before or after lunch around the lake.

A nice quiet restaurant with magnificent views over the lake. Good food and service. Worth a visit and enjoy the sunshine.
