Excellent accueil, gout des produits, mais le soir de notre repas, le personnel était un peu dépassé, assiettes chaudes, mais mets tièdes..dommage, mais c'est la difficulté de ce métier, la constance ...
Super restaurant avec une vue magnifique ,c'était notre première bouillabaisse elle était excellente . Le restaurant est très romantique ,tres bon accueil et service
Marseillais, j'avais connu Perron dans sa période dégradée et là nous retrouvons une très belle table, l'une des meilleures de Marseille. Après plusieurs visite, nous avons dîné le 8 août dernier sur la terrasse posée sur la mer. D'entrée, après un accueil très agréable dans un très beau cadre, le spectacle d'un extraordinaire couché de soleil s'est offert à nous, une très belle entrée en matière. Une cuisine originale, inventive, issue d'un très beau travail en cuisine de produits régionaux d'une qualité irréprochable. Le personnel, professionnel, agréable et sans "chichi" nous a fait passer une avec une remarquable gentillesse une magnifique soirée.
Situation exceptionnelle en bord de mer pour ce restaurant de bon niveau. Accueil est service attentionné.
Une vue splendide avec deux menus au choix le soir. Nous avons pris le menu à 72 eur avec entrée/ plat/ dessert. C'est excellent et très fin. Nous conseillons la paëlla de galinette (poisson) au riz noir et chorizo qui est à tomber.
We went to the Peron Restaurant whilst on holiday in Marseille. The setting is beautiful, on the cliff edge, overlooking the Mediterranean, watching the sun go down, it is a perfect spot. It was quite busy, I am surprised we got a reservation, having only booked a couple of days before via the Fourchette website. We were shown to a table, and the host found out we were English. From that moment, everyone who came to serve us knew we were English and spoke English to us, which helped considerably, as while our cuisine-French is good, we struggle with ordinary French conversation. We chose a three-course meal each, and a bottle of Rose. Amuse-bouche shotglasses arrived, along with some olives, and the wine was served. Starters we chose were Weever Fish Ceviche and Sea Fig Shellfish with Lime-Passion Fruit Juice, & Tobiko (Crunchy Flying Fish Eggs) which I thoroughly enjoyed, and my wife had the Seafood of the Day, which was Oysters, served with brown bread, thickly spread with unsalted butter, and a shallot, tomato concasse & fruit accompaniment.At this point, the sun set, and many people stopped to take photos of the fantastic view from the balcony. The temperature dropped a little, and shawls were offered to all the ladies, which was a nice touch.For main course, my wife had the Monk Fish special and I had the Bouillabaisse. There are only 11 restaurants in the Bouillabaisse Charter and 7 of them are in Marseille, although every other restaurant serves a version too. The Peron is one of the 7, so I expected it to be good. It was. Five large cuts of different fish were presented in a soup bowl, and hot fresh fish soup poured over them. Thinly sliced French bread toasted were served alongside with a garlic clove and fresh Rouille. It was exquisite. Fresh soup was offered when I was half way through. Sweets were a 64% Dark Chocolate, Soft Biscuit, Ganache and Crunchy Dark Chocolate, Mango Sorbet, while I had the Canistrelli (Corsican Shortbread Biscuit with Fennel Seeds) Cheesecake, Limoncello Sorbet. Two coffees rounded off the meal, and we couldn’t have eaten another thing. The service was impeccable throughout, and the memory of this meal will be with us for a long time. If you are staying in, or travelling through Marseille, I would recommend you visit The Peron. No, it is not cheap dining, the bill for this just topped 200 euros, but as a special meal as part of our holiday, we really enjoyed it.
Der Service war sehr schlecht, langsame unfreundliche Bedienung, keinerlei Essensangebote für Kinder, ausserdem völlig überteuerte Preise, vorbestellter Tisch war schlecht beleuchtet und nicht am Fenster, Bouillabaisse war salzig und wenig schmackhaft, der Nachtisch bitter, die Vorspeise geschmacklos.
Très bon restaurant, l'accueil était particulièrement chaleureux et le service remarquable de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Le restaurant n'est pas avare en entre-mets et amuses-bouches. La cuisine y est très bonne, et les produits frais. Ne parlons pas de la vue qui y est splendide. Nous reviendrons !
