Le Jardin - Mallemort

Went to the restaurant on two Friday evenings lovely setting in garden wonderful tapas menu and a bonus was the live music which we believe is on every Friday Murielle the owner who runs the restaurant with her family gives you a great welcome nothing to much trouble !! Will be back in September looking forward to it !!!

The Tour de France passed by Mallemort between 3 and 6 pm on the day of our visit . Le jardin provided the perfect bookends to our day : a wonderful lunch in the garden, fresh delicious and generous salads, a walk down to watch the race with all the excitement that entailed, followed by happy hour and tapas in vast quantities afterwards . Tapas served promptly and utterly delicious : of particular note the squid and broad beans .

Beautiful food in a wonderful setting. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Will be back again field sure before we leave Provence.

A Friday lunchtime meal for 2 : cold and rainy day so we went for the entree and plat du jour : absolutely delicious . Service prompt attentive and gracious . Murielle as good company as ever . All round excellent

We visited Le Jardin many times over the past month while staying in Mallemort. It never disappointed. Murielle was charming and the coffee and food excellent. A wee hidden gem of a place.

We love this restaurant in all seasons. The garden setting is a lovely experience of great food and friendly service.We have been going since Murielle opened and observed its popularity grow year on year with both tourists and local people....We look forward to many more meals there with friends and family.

What a lovely surprise to find Le Jardin whilst we were staying near Mallemort last month. Four girlfriends and myself enjoyed a relaxed and pleasant lunch in the unexpected garden at the back of the restaurant. The staff were friendly and very welcoming and whilst we were keen to practice our french, our hostess was far more accomplished with English. We chose salads which were fresh and beautifully presented. I can definitely recommend it whether for coffee and cake or for lunch. I shall certainly return when next in the area.

We were so excited when this little restaurant opened up in the village of Mallemort close to where we have our holiday home. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the garden is perfect for a lazy lunch in the sunshine. Murielle and her staff are so friendly (it helps that Murielle also speaks perfect English!) and the food is simple but oh so tasty - with a choice of a hot dish each day and a range of wonderful salads each with their own unique dressing. It's also a perfect place to pop in for a coffee or sample one of the speciality teas - served in beautiful vintage china - and a slice of something delicious. Le Jardin is a must visit place for us each time we are back in Provence!
