The ambient is clean, bright and modern.The dark wengé wooden tables and chairs, the white walls with sparkles of red, images and steel furniture was pretty interesting.The chandelier at the entrance is a clear example of the restaurant: spectacular, made with quality materials and with a colorful and modern touch.All the dishes seemed an art composition before being a great example of cuisine: the food was tasty but light, the dressing was present but never annoying, all the single kind of food had the proper vegetables and thanks to all these well-chosen combinations the creations were real works of cooking skills of the chef.I truly loved the salmon and the sea-bass as well.If I have to find something negative, the only dish I didn't appreciated very much was the pineapple with the guyana cream, but I have to admit that the preparation was newsworthy.This restaurant surely worth a visit.
