Since the opening of this restaurant, we had never had a problem. the kitchen was simple, but good, and the welcome always very pleasant. This Friday 2 December, a nice welcome by an improvised waiter?.(we take an aperitif and a beer, and choose 2 menus (entrance, dish, cheese/salade and dessert). the server doesn't know what we'll have as vegetables because they were devalued on the midday at the filling level. we choose:in entry: 2 perigonurdine salads copied and good. In the dish:-1 duck magret caramel sauce = 4 small slices of magret at each corner of the plate, a frozen sauce and a small pack of green beans placed in the middle, all sprinkled with dried parsley. Not terrible at all, all of this eaten counter-heart.- 1 cute net. The waiter announced a Norman sauce. In fact, it was a brownish sauce based on cider and a badly-doved veal background. No cream like it's supposed to be for a Norman sauce! instead of telling us that it's a cider sauce, we're told that both are... fake. At the time of the salad/ cheese, the waiter asks us to choose the desserts .... and comes back with 2 creams burned, no cheese/salade! good . the creams burned, taste of charcoal. we had already eaten that, without being excellent, were good. But now, really the taste of burnt. We didn't eat them and went to settle the bill at the bar.The lady who usually serves us very kindly, was at the crate. about the Norman sauce, she did not accept the remark, as to the burning cream, to justify the really burned taste, she retorted that it was due to an excess of vanilla syrup! she gave us a gift of the aperitif in a commercial gesture by telling us that in any case, we would not return again. In addition, we arrived at 7:30 p.m. and the service lasted more than 2 hours.Finished and not wanting to polemic, so we set 2 menus without having eaten any cheese, salad, or dessert for immangeable.
