Très bon accueil.Très peu d'attente ,serveurs gentils.Les plats sont copieux et pas cher .Par contre cela n'est pas terrible .c'est des plats pas très raffinés mal équilibré.Les gouts sont absent charcuterie pas de gout ,mais bon c normal vu le prix .Je te commande pour manger rapidement et pas cher .cela est bien pour les petites bourses ou famille nombreuse .
Arrivés à 20h30 nous sommes accueillis par un bouledogue qui refuse de nous installer prétextant que nous sommes huit... (grands parents, parents et petits enfants) malgré le fait que lui dit que l on est pas pressés il nous dit d aller voir ailleurs et qu il n en a rien à f...Inadmissible. Après échange avec des amis il s avère que c est une habitude de cet établissements. Bon nombre de lilois l ont black - listé et sa réputation n est plus à faireDommage le concept est sympa (j y avais mangé en couplé 2 mois plutot)Que fait le franchiseur à garder ce genre de gérant qui est en train de tuer son image. Great staff, kids served quickly and they can then go to a dedicated play area so the adults can enjoy their meal. Third time here and great every time!
we have been going to the pottery for some years so the dishes for us are not a discovery it is good the potatoes they are very good and the charcuterie not bad the desserts are super good and the cocktails the same. level service servers are high-end we have had business with 4 different servers I think there is a lack of training on the customer reception and a lack of communication between the server I think we will not return to this restaurant and will choose another pataterie if we want to go.
