After having bcp heard of good, we decide to go to test the food truck of nathalie Nguyen. Well placed and accessible, no trouble finding it or to park. A map focused on essential, correct prices, good reception and fast service. Our choice lies on the banh mi and bo Bun. The banh mi, c was simply excellent, the flavors on the palate transported us!!To test! The bo bun is served differingly that leaves elsewhere, there it is present in a box with pates, which is original but instead of rice pates, it is the angel hair that replaces them and it is the only negative point that we met because it was difficult to catch. A great culinary experience.

The nems are crispy and delicious. The bo-bun is also a treat!I had the opportunity to test the truck bowl both in the street and in privatization for a wedding day. It was every time excellent.

I've heard about the food truck phenomenon in france. French living in the old age, I know Asian street food very well! back in france, I took advantage of it to taste the truck bowl, of which a friend told me. And I'm so happy! their bun is a treat. I've eaten all sorts, but this one really has a unique taste. marinated meat with a slightly sweet sauce, crumble, fresh herbs .miam!the nems are as good, and their small format is fun. for dessert, I took a panna cotta and there again, a real taste of vanilla spring. super happy to have met nathalie and her adorable team who takes the time to explain the dishes with passion.Thank you! I strongly advise you!

We called on the team of the truck bowl for my mother's birthday last September and we were thrilled. The team was listening to us from the first contact to decide on the menu and the quote. they agreed to move in the bucket and everything went perfectly: arrival in time, quick and efficient preparation, delicious meals, very friendly and professional team. All our guests were delighted. and we too. To recommend without reservation.

We tested this food truque this summer in defense and have been greatly disappointed by the fadeur of these dishes that are said are prepared by an old masterchef loser who in fact is never there. this walking restaurant is very far from the authentic Vietnamese flavors! Go instead to pho14 in the 13th you will understand the difference.

in love with Vietnamese cuisine, I was very pleasantly surprised by the retranscription of this kitchen in this truck: I rediscovered Vietnamese cuisine! bravo for banh-mi, pork steak and shrimp is very scented, very beautiful originality. heartburn for aloe-vera with pomegranate, very fresh dessert this season.

I took a bahn-mi burger menu. The bread was an industrial bread (jacquet it seems to me) that the employees (only two) cut in two, filled with a mediocre sauce, a semi-shrimp pork steak and some onions? (we would have said straw pieces). The salad that accompanied this burger felt the mould, the dessert (aloe vera) was imposed and very mediocre, it would have been said to be a dental treatment.
