We went to this restaurant a noon: we waited 40 minutes between the order and the arrival of the dishes. people didn't get their dishes at the same time. really running away... there are only 2 waitress for at least 100 people.
We went there for a group lunch, during our lunch break. We waited for an hour for our dishes and again, we had them at the end of an hour because we ended up grinding... and food is catastrophic. I took a plate of salmon sashimis: tiny sashimis, and fresh fish with bad taste in the mouth (18 euros....?!!!!!)Concerning my colleagues who took chirachis or tartars, the bowls are bombed at the bottom = mediocre quantity. In some dishes, there was a missing part of the order (sashimis plate, there are only 7 that arrive...).And I'm going on... and we weren't the only badly served: at the time of paying, another table in the restaurant rose and went without eating, after an hour of waiting without anything served on the table. In short, to flee absolutely.
I go regularly to yanagawa for professional lunches. The dishes are good and fresh, nothing to say. On the other hand, on the service side it is a catastrophe, every time renewed.
