perfectly summarized by notir!! just add minimal aperitif even price and dose half less and americano home fade than fade! no simple search cake accompaniment and idem for the coffee we do not expect to have the rest of a piece of cake as a sweetness as the lady says! we were far from imagined, that one day, this restaurant would come back from a disconcerting banality in less than a week. to advise to flee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After having been at the summum and touched perfection both in the kitchen and in the service, here she is reduced to amateurism and mediocrity, what shock!...If the choice of menu at 41€ allows us to hope a certain level of service, the reading of the map left us a doubt that it is quickly confirmed later. Cold and ice-cream home, waited 45 minutes for taking our order, without it being proposed to take the aperitif...Entered with fade foie gras, compact and garnished with its fat...which did not seem to be home, industrial genre, served with a chutney without relief and a hint of spicy bread that had only the name. one would have said a "Glory boulga de Casimir"More homemade breads, but pieces of the ordinary wand served in a corbeille style road. No more mouthings and a presentation I'll call it primary. Have ordered a bottle of red cheverny that was deposited on the table, without being proposed for tasting, not served... and warmer. We had to ask to refresh it.Very bad price ratio is not worth more than 30€ and I'm generous.Address to flee absolutely for customers who have known the former owners, there is not a gap between the two formulas but an abym. What a cruel disappointment, have not yet digested the bill. I share the praiseworthy comments of contributors on former owners mr and mme thiburce donations we have been customers for more than 10 years and have always done wonders of creations and flavors; Going home has always been enchanting.
This week we received the message that this excellent restaurant was sold. It belonged to the absolute top restaurants of class sables dólonne. At this point, we're not familiar with any other owner. Too bad, yammer, we wish the sympathetic owners of la flambée any success for their future.
Very pleasant, tasty and seasoned dishes. very pleasant service: playful but discreet.
we opted for 2 menus at 42 euros with 2 amuses mouth flat and dessert. the dishes one after the other were majestic and worthy of a starred restaurant. exquisite tastes with a marriage of incomparable flavours. prices are very affordable compared to the quality of the dishes. personal care for its customers and very smiling. strongly recommended
We're never disappointed at this restaurant. Very elaborate meals, very good choice of wines, charming reception and very pleasant setting.
The restaurant is in a small street the detour is worth it.Merveilleux moments from the beginning to the end.Table spaced quiet place, sober decoration. A leader who has a lot of talent. A very warm welcome. Careful service. A moment of gastronomy champagne in leetchi is worth OSER.A very good evening. I go back to the sands in May, probably a second dinner.
